Casa Colonica is set in a very quiet area at a biking distance (900m) from the sandy coast of Torre Guaceto marine reserve where you will find both a pubblic beach and a stylish Lido.

This countryside property nestled in a natural reserve guaranteeing protection of flora and fauna; It was initially built in 1873 by an important Nobleman of Carovigno, the Count of Dentice di Frasso, who lived with his family in a castle, nowadays an important monument, in the city center of Carovigno.

Casa Colonica takes its name from its history as a public “Centro di Colonizzazione” where plans to redistribute farming land were developed in the fifties. 

Besides the splendid location, the main attraction of Casa Colonica lies in its potential to be turned into a luxury large private residence or boutique hotel.
